Teenage brings about many changes in boys and girls. Along with these changes come greasy hair, rapid hair growth, and body odor. It is important for parents to teach their teens how to take care of themselves during this stage of life. A hygienic teen would look good, feel good and will be comfortable around people.

Although teens hygiene is taught in schools, it is best taught by parents. Parents should explain their kids about teen hygiene instead of just asking them to be clean. They can also shop together with their teens to allow them to select their favorite shampoo, deodorant, or other body care products.
