Excessive use of internet in day to day life makes the mom internet addicted. The internet addiction is a very common problem. All the moms are struggling with the internet addiction on social,personal and mental levels.

- While working see that you are not online. See that your doing your office work on internet.
- In case you do not do your work online,then check what are activities you do online. Is it chatting.checking email or using face book. Keep a check on those activities.
- Set up timings for yourself on daily basis.
- Give reward to yourself if you find that you have met your time limits.
